WELLPOPULAR air/oil lubrication unit with modular design as the main idea, the product has high performance, compact and small, good economy characteristics. It can realize the separate oil feeding of 1-8 points, each point can received oil supply adjustmentable between 1.80 to 39.0mm3, oil feeding interval adjustmentable from 1 second to 99 minutes and 59 seconds, hence the accurate oil supply of each bearing can be realized. The integrated controller monitor every modul for each oil supply point, and there is an alarm output if oil feed unnormal is found.
The WELLPOPULAR air/oil lubrication unit is fully electronically controlled and can quickly set up running parameters. The device has a built-in air pressure sensor to know the air/oil pressure accurately. High and low air pressure alarm quickly find out air/oil pipeline blocked, leakage failure. The level alarm output enables the operator to fill oil in time. The automatic initialization program allows the device to go to work quickly.
