MULTI-GRAND Minimum Quantity Lubrication(MQL) unit is one of TOPSET ® internal feed Minimum Quantity Lubrication(MQL) product, MULTI-GRAND was powered by compressed air, through the high precision mist generator produces uniform size of submicro mm aerosol(air and lubricant), high quality aerosol can be delivered to cutting area between cutting tools and work piece almost no loss , make the cutting zone get reliable lubrication, to achieve near-dry machining or MQL machining.

Product Description

Mist generator will ensure high quality aerosol to make cutting zone’s reliable lubrication. The self-adopt with tools is the key advantage of the unit. It will automatic adjust aerosol flow rate according to the internal through hole diameter of cutting tool. Different tool or nozzle will received required lubricant without any waste. The finest aerosol ensure the lowest effect of the internal path formed by spindle, rotary coupling, hsk and tool’s inner hole and also the spindle rotation centrifugal force.

MULTI-GRAND has three outlet. With electrical control ball valve, each outlet can be controlled to match machining process separatly.
