MULTI-GRIM AIR OIL LUBRICATION UNIT

MULTI-GRIM air/oil lubrication unit is one of TOPSET ® external feed Minimum Quantity Lubrication(MQL) product, MULTI-GRIM was powered by compressed air, transfer the lubricant or other liquid lubrication products to the nozzle via a capillary, the lubricant is mixed with compressed air and sprayed to the lubrication point, make the cutting zone get reliable lubrication, to achieve near-dry machining or said MQL machining.

Product Description

MULTI-GRIM air/oil lubrication unit was designed for machining lubrication, cooling and chip disposal assistance. The lubricant or other liquid will be transfered by compressed air and its flowrate could be adjusted accordingly.  MULTI-GRIM air/oil lubrication unit was total loss lubrication system, i.e. the lubricant will be completed used during the process, no cycling requirements. The lubricant through capillary to nozzle spray form mist by compressed air. Lubricating zone between tool and work piece. The minimum quantity lubrication unit ensures efficient lubrication of metal cutting with minimum lubricant.  MULTI-GRIM air/oil lubrication unit is external feed MQL unit. By the same compressed air source to pressurized lubrican and trasfer, cooling and purging (often called two-phase flow).
